Alice Mauduit 
Alice was born in 1135 in Hanslope, Buckinghamshire, England. Alice's father was William Mauduit and her mother was Maud Hanslape. Her paternal grandfather was William Mauduit; her maternal grandfather was Michael Hanslape. She had three brothers named William, Robert and John. She was the second oldest of the four children.
