Ann was born on August 28th, 1688 in Renoboth, Bristol Plymouth Colony. Ann's father was Elder Joseph Mason and her mother was Lydia Bowen. Her paternal grandparents were Sampson Mason and Mary Butterworth; her maternal grandparents were Obidiah Bowen and Mary Clifton. She was an only child.-
