Ansel Marshal

Ansel was born in 1153 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wale.  Ansel's father was John FitzGilbert Marshal and his mother was Sibyl De Salisbury. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Henry Marshal Bishop of, William Marshall Earl of and Margaret FitzGilbert. He had two half-brothers named Gilbert Fitzjohn and Walter.  He died at the age of 42 in 1195.
