Edmund De was born on November 6th, 1391 in New Forest, West Meath, Ireland.  Edmund De's father was Roger De MORTIMER EARL OF MARCH & ULSTER and his mother was Eleanor HOLAND. He had a brother and two sisters, named Roger De, Eleanor DE and Anne De.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had three half-sisters named Alice, Joan and Joyce.  He died in Sp, Trim, Meath, Ireland.  He was buried in Austinfriars, Clare, Suffolk, England.
