William (Sir) MORGAN 
William (Sir) was born in 1483 in Pen-Coed, Llanfarthin, Monmouth, England. William (Sir)'s father was Sir Thomas Morgan and his mother was Jane HERBERT. His paternal grandfather was Morgan Ap Jenkin Morgan; his maternal grandfather was John Herbert. He had seven half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named John, Henry, Phillip, Thomas, George, Morgan, Harry, Margaret, Mawd (Maud), Elizabeth, Joan (Jane), Miss, Catrin and Miss. He died at the age of 59 on October 25th, 1542.-
