Frederic III was born about 0987 in Luxembourg, Luxembourg, Belgium.  Frederic III's father was [Count In Moselg Frederic II Luxembourg [Count In Moselg and his mother was Countess Of Luxembourg Ermantrude Von Gleiberg Countess Of Luxembourg.  His paternal grandparents were [Count] Siegfried Luxembourg [Count] and [Countess] Hedwig Von Nordgau [Countess]; his maternal grandparents were [Count Gleiberg] Heribert Kinziggau [Count Gleiberg] and Ermentrude Avalgau. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henri II Count Of, Gieselbert I Of, Otgive De, Ermentrude, Jutta and Gisele Of.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died on May 18th, 1065.
