Otto of was born about 0920 in Lorraine, France.  Otto of's father was Richwin Count of Verdun and his mother was Cunegonde of France. He had a brother named Siegfried Count of.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Gonzelon Von, Friedrich I Duke of and Luitgarde of.  He died in 0955.
