Otto Of was born in 0921 in Lorraine, France. Otto Of's father was Count Richwin De Verdun Count and his mother was Kunigunde Of The West Franks (Princess). His maternal grandparents were Louis II "The Stammerrer" King Of France and Adelaide Of Paris [Queen Franks]. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Gonzelon Of, Frederick I Of, Siegfried and Luitgard Von. He died after 0955.
