Gonzelon I Duke of Lorraine

Gonzelon I Duke of was born about 0957 in Verdun, Meuse, France.  Gonzelon I Duke of's father was Gottfried 'The Captive' Count of Verdun and his mother was Mathilde Princess of Saxony. He had a brother and a sister, named Hermann Comte and Ermentrude.  He was the oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Arnolph II Count of, Jean, Bonne and Gerberge of.  He died on April 19th, 1044.
