His paternal grandparents were William de Mowbray Baron Axholme and Agnes (Avice) de Albini; his maternal grandparents were William de Beauchamp of Bedford Baron Bedford and Idonea LongespEe. He was an only child. He died at the age of 43 on November 21st, 1297 in Ghent, Netherlands.-
