Galfridus (Geoffrey) le Lord Marcheley

Galfridus (Geoffrey) le was born in 1185 in Defford, Worcestershire, England.  Galfridus (Geoffrey) le's father was Thomas le Despenser and his mother was Rohese (le Despenser). He had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Sir Hugh, Rohese and Muriel.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 57 in 1242.
