Gruffudd ap Llewelyn , Prince of Wales 
Gruffudd ap was born in 1011 in Rhuddlan, Flintshire, Wales. Gruffudd ap's father was Llywelyn ap Seisyll , Prince of North Wales and his mother was Angharad verch Maredudd. His maternal grandparents were Maredudd ap Owain and Miss verch Llandilo. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Bleddyn "Sais" ap, Rhiwallon ap and Iwerydd verch. He died at the age of 52 on August 5th, 1063 in Slain. He was buried in King of Gwynedd & Powys (1039), and Deheubarth (1055).
‌Gruffudd ap and Edith (Aldgyth) of were married in a religious ceremony about 1057. They had a daughter named Nesta verch.
