Fulk IV was born in 1043.  Fulk IV's father was Count in the Gastinois Geoffrey II and his mother was Ermengarde Anjou Countess D'Anjou. He had a brother and a sister, named Geoffroy III of and Hildegarde.  He was the youngest of the three children. He had six half-brothers named Folques IV "Rechin", Geoffroy III "le, Foulques V "le Jeune" Count Of, Robert of, Simon of and Count Fulk IV.  He died at the age of 66 on April 14th, 1109.
