Her paternal grandparents were Roger II de Montgomery , 1st Earl of Shrewsbury and Mabel de Talvas d' Alencon; her maternal grandparents were Alberic III Comte de la Marche and Ponce. She had a sister named Ponce de. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 61 in 1149.-
