Hugh De was born about 1166 in Ulster, Ireland.  Hugh De's father was [Lord Of Meath] Hugh De Lacy [Lord Of Meath] and his mother was Rohese De Monmouth O'connor. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Walter De, Robert De, Gilbert De, Miss Dau Of Hugh De, Alice Dau Of Hugh De and Elaine De.  He died in 1242.
