Marthe LE POIDVIN 
Marthe was born on August 28th, 1822 in St. Sampson, Guernsey. Marthe's father was Thomas LE POIDVIN and her mother was Elizabeth NAFTEL. Her paternal grandparents were Pierre LE POIDVIN and Rachel SEBIRE; her maternal grandparents were Daniel NAFTEL and Elizabeth MARQUAND. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Daniel (Le Poidvin), Nicolas, Pierre, Jean, Elizabeth, Marie and Rachel. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 73 on August 25th, 1896 in Bailloterie, Vale, Guernsey.-
