Lincoln, the first mentioned in Simon de Kyme (son of William), who founded, temp. Stephen, the priory of Bolington, in Lincolnshire. This Simon m. Roese, dau. of Robert Dapifer (that is, steward to Gilbert de Gant, Earl of Lincoln), which lady was commonly called Roese de Bolington. He was s. by his son, Philip.
