St. Louis IX Capet was born on April 25th, 1214 in Chateau of Poissy, Yvelines, France.  St. Louis IX Capet's father was Louis VIII Capet the Lion King of France and his mother was Blanca de Castile. He had nine brothers and a sister, named Philippe Capet, Robert Capet de Artois I, Jean Capet, Alphonse Capet de Poitiers, Etienne Capet, Philippe Capet, Philippe Dagobert Capet, Charles I Capet de, Jean Capet and Isabella Capet.  He died at the age of 56 on August 25th, 1270 in near Tunis, Tunisia, Africa.


St. Louis IX Capet's family with Marguerite Berenger de Provence

‌St. Louis IX Capet and Marguerite were married in a religious ceremony in May 1234.  They had six sons and five daughters, named Louis Capet, Philippe III the Bold le Hardi, Jean Capet, Jean Tristan de, Peter Capet, Robert Capet de Clermont, Blanche Capet, Blanche Capet, Marguerite Capet, Agnes Capet and Isabella Capet.
