Henry was born in 1114.  Henry's father was William De Warenne 2nd Earl Of Surrey and his mother was Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois.  His paternal grandparents were William I De Warenne 1st Earl Of Surrey and Gundred-Gundrada Of Fleming [Princess]; his maternal grandparents were [Count Vermandois- Duke Burgndy] Hugh 'The Great' Crepi [Count Vermandois- Duke Burgndy] and [Countess] Adelaide De Vermandois [Countess]. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Ralph De, William De, Reginald De, Ella De, Ada De and Gundred De.  He was the oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Waleran Lord De, Robert "Bossu"  "The Just* De, Hugh De, Isabel (Elizabeth) De, Aubreye De, Eleanor De, Adeline De, Daughter De, Alice Dau Of Robert De, Amicade De and Maud De.  He died at the age of 38 on June 12th, 1152.
