Agnes du was born about 1162 in Stamford, Lincolnshire, England. Agnes du's father was William du Hommet , Seigneur Le Hommet and her mother was Lucy de la Haye. Her paternal grandparents were William Richard Seigneur du Hommet and Agnes Beaumont de Say; her maternal grandparents were Richard de la Haye , of Brattleby and Maud de Vernon. She was an only child. She died after April 1224.General Notes

He [Baldwin Wake] married Agnes, daughter of William du HOMMET, hereditary Constable of Normandy (who gave her in frank-marriage his moiety of Lower Winchendon, Bucks), by his wife Lucy.
