Robert of Hesbaye

Robert of was born about 0693 in Hesbaye, France.  Robert of's father was Lantbertus (Lambert) II von Palatine and his mother was Chrotlind de Neustria. He had a brother and a sister, named Rutpert I Count of Upper Rhine & and Sigramine Countess of.  He was the second oldest of the three children.
