Edith DE LONGWY was born in 0934.  Edith DE LONGWY's father was Duke Eberhard IV Of Bavaria OF LOWER ALSACE (NORDGAU) and her mother was Luitgard OF TIERS.  Her maternal grandparents were Count Wigeric Of Luxemburg VON AACHEN and Kunigunde DE FRANCIA. She had four brothers named Arnold I, Gerard II, Hughes III and Gerhard. She had a half-brother named Matfried II.  She died at the age of 58 in 0992.

They had a son and three daughters, named Frederick I, Eve, Luitgarde and Jutta VON LUXEMBOURG.
