Her paternal grandmother was Yolande Von Wassenberg of Guelders; her maternal grandparents were Godfrey Count of Namur and Ermisende of Luxembourg. She had a brother and a sister, named Baudouin VIII Count (V of Hainault) of and Laurette de. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 33 in 1174.-
