Werner III Count of was born about 1107 in Habsburg, Aargau, Switzerland. Werner III Count of's father was Otto II Count of Habsburg and his mother was Hilla of Pfirt. His paternal grandparents were Werner II Count of Habsburg and Regulinde von Nellenburg. He had a sister named Gertrude von. He was the younger of the two children. He died in 1167.
