Heloise de was born about 0963 in Castle at Guines, Pas-de-Calais, France. Heloise de's father was Sigfried "The Dane" Comte de Guines and her mother was Elisende (Elstrude) de Flanders. She had a brother and a sister, named Adolph Comte de and Hawise de. She was the second oldest of the three children.
