Walter II was born about 1055 in Longueville, Normandy, France.  Walter II's father was Earl Of Buckingham Walter Giffard Earl Of Buckingham and his mother was Agnes Ermentude Fleitel.  His paternal grandparents were Osbern De Bolebec and Avelina De Crepon; his maternal grandparents were Gerard De Flaitel and Herleve D'Evreux. He had a brother and two sisters, named Elias Helias, Rohese and Adelaide.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died on July 15th, 1102 in England.
