His paternal grandfather was Jordan II Foliot , of Norton & Frisby; his maternal grandfather was William de Stuteville , of Gressenahll, Sir. He had a brother and a sister, named Jordan III 1st Baron and Joan. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died after 1312.General Notes
