Winilda Of was born in 0865 in Flanders, Belgium.  Winilda Of's father was Count, Flanders Baudouin I "Iron Arm" Count of Flanders Count, Flanders and her mother was Queen of England Judith Princess of France Queen of England. She had two brothers and a sister, named Baudouin II Count of, Rudolph or Raoul and Guinidilda of.  She was the second oldest of the four children.
