Emma was born in 1059 in Breteuil, Normandy, France.  Emma's father was William Fitzosbern De Breuil 1st Earl Of Hereford/Fitzosborne and her mother was Alice (Adelise) De Toeni [Countess Of Her.  Her paternal grandparents were Osborne De Crepon [Steward Of Normandy] and Emma De Ivry; her maternal grandparents were [Standard Bearer Normandy] Roger II "The Spaniard" Conches De The [Standard Bearer Normandy]/Lord Of Guerny/Roger De and Godeheut (Godehilde) Barcelona. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Roger De, Ralph, John, Richard, Adeliza and Isabel De.  She was the third youngest of the eight children.  She died after 1095.

‌Emma and Ralph Seigneur De were married in a religious ceremony in 1075 in Exning, Cambridgeshire, England.  They had two sons named Ralph De and Alan Of.
