Herbert FitzPiers Sheriff of Hampshire 
Herbert's father was Piers FitzHerbert and his mother was Alice FitzRobert de Warkworth. He had a brother and three sisters, named Sir Reginald, Lucia, Beatrix and Joan. He died about 1248.General Notes
Herbert Fitz-Peter, who, in the 26th Henry III [1242], had a military summons to attend the king into France. He d. soon after, however (anno 1247), and , leaving no issue, was s. by his brother, Reginald.
