John De FERRERS 
John De was born about 1238 in <Of, Derbyshire, England>. John De's father was William de FERRERS 7th Earl of DERBY and his mother was Sibyl MARSHALL. His paternal grandparents were William de FERRERS EARL OF DERBY and Agnes of meschine; his maternal grandparents were William MARSHALL 4th Earl PEMBROKE and Isabel de CLARE COUNTESS OF PEMB. He had seven sisters named Maud (Matilda) De, Agnes De, Isabel de, Joan De, Sibyl De, Agatha De and Eleanor De. He was the youngest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Robert, William De, Joan De, Elizabeth and Agnes De.-
