Swanhilda Eysteinsdottir 
Swanhilda was born about 0855 in Maer, Nord-Trondelag, Norway. Swanhilda's father was Eystein "Glumra" Ivarsson , Jarl of the Upplands and her mother was Aseda Rognvaldsdottir. Her paternal grandparents were Ivar I Oplaendinge Halfdansson , Jarl of Norway and Miss Eysteinsdottir; her maternal grandfather was Rognvald Olafsson. She had four brothers named Rognvald "The Wise", Malahule Ha, Sigurd I Riki Eysteinsson 2nd Jarl of and Turstan de. She was the second youngest of the five children.
