Berthe of Este

Berthe of was born about 0990 in Lombardy, Italy.  Berthe of's father was Oberto II Count of Genoa & Tortone & Este and her mother was Railende of Como.  Her paternal grandparents were Oberto Azzo Count of Lucca & Este and Guilla of Spoleto; her maternal grandfather was Riprandi Count of Como. She had a brother named Azo I Marquis d'.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died after November 4th, 1037.
