Joan Princess of was born in 1265 in Acre, Palistine.  Joan Princess of's father was Edward I "Longshanks" King of England and her mother was Eleanor Princess Of Castile And L‚eon.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry III King of England and Eleanor Berenger Countess Of Provence; her maternal grandparents were Fernando III "The Saint" King Of Castile & Leon and Jeanne De Dammartin Countess of Ponthieu. She had four brothers and eleven sisters, named John, Henry of, Alfonso Earl at, Edward II King of, Eleanor Princess of, Julian (Katherine) Princess of, Joan of, Margaret Princess of, Berengaria Princess of, Elizabeth, Beatrice Princess of, Blanche Princess of, Nun at Amesbury, Alice Princess of and Isabella Princess of. She had five half-brothers named Thomas Plantagenet Duke of, Edmund Plantagent of Woodstock Earl of, Thomas Plantagenet Earl of, Henry III Earl of Lancaster & and John Plantagenet Lord of.  She died at the age of 42 on April 23rd, 1307 in Clare, Suffolk, England.
