Joan "Of Acre" Princess Of was born in 1272 in (Acre), Akko, Hazafon, Israel.  Joan "Of Acre" Princess Of's father was Edward I "Longshanks" King England and her mother was Queen Of England Eleanor (Leonor) Princess Of Castile & Leon Queen Of England.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry III Plantagenet King Of England and [Queen Of England] Eleonore (Leonor) Berengar [Queen Of England]; her maternal grandparents were King Ferdinand III King Of Leon & Castile King and Jeanne (Joan) De Dammartin [Countess Of Ponthieu]. She had four brothers and eleven sisters, named John Prince Of, Alphonso Prince Of, Edward II King Of, Henry Prince Of, Eleanor, Joan Princess Of, Julian (Katherine) Princess Of, Margaret Princess Of, Berengaria Of, Mary Princess Of, Alice Princess Of, Isabella Of, Elizabeth, Beatrice Of and Blanche Princess Of. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas Prince Of, Edmund Prince Of and Eleonor Princess Of.  She died at the age of 35 on April 23rd, 1307 in Clare, Suffolk, England.  She was buried on April 26th, 1307 in Church Of Austin Friars, Clare, Suffolk.
