Henry II Of was born on March 5th, 1133 in Le Mans, Sarthe, France. Henry II Of's father was Geoffrey V "le Bon" PLANTAGENET COUNT OF ANJOU and his mother was Empress Maud Of England. His paternal grandparents were Foulques V "le Jeune" Count Of ANJOU KING OF JERUSALEM and Ermengarde (Ermentrude) Du MAINE COUNTESS OF ANJOU. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Geoffrey VI "Mantell", Guillaume, Agnes and Emma. He was the second oldest of the five children.
