Barnabes was born about 1263 in Genoa, Italy.  Barnabes' father was Branca Doria and his mother was Misi Sanchez.  His paternal grandparents were Nicole Doria and Preziosa de Torres; his maternal grandfather was Miguel Sanchez.  He was an only child.  He died in 1337 in Murdered.
