Hugh Comte was born about 0900 in Vienne, Isle De France.  Hugh Comte's father was Garnier (or Warinus) Comte de Troyes and his mother was Teutberga de Arles. He had a brother and a sister, named Fromond Comte and Teutberge.  He died about 0948.
