Count Palatine Hugh Comte De Vienne Count Palatine

Hugh Comte was born about 0900 in Vienne, Isle De France.  Hugh Comte's father was Garnier (or Warinus) Comte de Troyes and his mother was Teutberga de Arles.  His maternal grandparents were Theobald (or Thibaud) Comte D'Arles and Bertha Princess Of Lorraine. He had a brother and a sister, named Fromond Comte and Teutberge.  He died about 0948.
