De Vermandois was born about 0850.  De Vermandois' father was Prince of Italy Pepin II de Peronne Comte De Vermandois Prince of Italy. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Herbert I Comte, Pepin I De Vermandois Comte, Berenger Comte, Hubert Comte, De Vermandois and Adelaide.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  De Vermandois is no longer alive.
