Wandelmodis was born about 0885.  Wandelmodis' father was Sire De Salins Humbert I De Narbonne Sire De Salins and her mother was Windelmode D'Escuens.  Her paternal grandparents were Alberic I De Macon Vicomte De Narbonne and Attela De Macon. She had a brother and a sister, named Humbert II Sire and Adela.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
