Sir Henry De Percy 
Sir Henry was born in 1235 in Alwick, Northumberland, England. Sir Henry's father was William de Percy and his mother was Ellen de Baliol. He had a half-sister named Anastasia. He died at the age of 37 on August 29th, 1272 in Sallay, England.
