Adeliza was born in 1026 in Falais, Calvados, France.  Adeliza's father was Robert I "The Magnificent" Duke of Normandy and her mother was Herleva De Falaise.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard II "The Good" Duke of Normandy and Judith De Bretagne; her maternal grandparents were Fulbert "The Tanner" De Falaise and Doda. She had two brothers and a sister, named William the Conqueror King of, Ralph Comte and Godiva Of. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, Odo Evêque, Robert De Burgo Comte, Baldwin, Osbern, Emma, Emma and Muriel.  She died before 1090.

‌Adeliza and Lambert II De Boulogne Comte were married in a religious ceremony in 1054 in Normandy, France.  They had a daughter named Judith.
