Mauger Comte was born in 0974 in Normandy, France.  Mauger Comte's father was Duke of Normandy Richard I "Sans Peur" Duke of Normandy Duke of Normandy and his mother was Gunnora Haraldsdottir De Crepon.  His maternal grandparents were Harald "Bluetooth" De Crepon King of Denmark and Gynrithe Olafsdatter. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William De Brienne Of, Papia of and Sprota of.  He died at the age of 66 in 1040 in Corbeil, Marne, France.
