Ada was born about 1050 in Montdidier, Picardy, France. Ada's father was Hildouin IV Comte De Montdidier and her mother was Alice (Adela) De Roucy. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Ebles II Comte, Andre, Andre, Margaret De Montdidier, Beatrice, Adelaide, Beatrix, Felicitas and Adele.
