Richard De Harcourt 
Richard was born in 1180 in Stanton-Harcourt, Oxfordshire, England. Richard's father was Robert De Harcourt and his mother was Isabel De Camville. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Alice. He was the second oldest of the three children.
