Alice De Gevaudan

Alice was born about 1000 in Gevaudon, Essone, Provence, France.  Alice's father was Etienne II De Gevaudan and her mother was Countess Adelaide (or Blanche) D'Anjou Countess.  Her maternal grandparents were Foulques II "le Bon" Comte D'Anjou and Gerberge of the Gatinais. She had a brother and a sister, named Bertrand II and Philippa.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Guillaume II, William III Taillefer, Toda, Gerberga Of and Constance.
