Henry was born in 1255 in Worsley, Lancashire.  Henry's father was Richard DE WORSLEY and his mother was Maud DE WARDLEY.  His paternal grandfather was Geoffrey DE WORSLEY.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 49 in 1304.
