Cecily was born in 1281 in Thurston, Suffolk, England. Cecily's father was Robert De VALOINES and her mother was Eve CRIKETOT. Her paternal grandparents were Robert VALOINES and Rohesia blount; her maternal grandfather was William CRIKETOT( cryche). She had two sisters named Rose and Rose. She was the oldest of the three children.
Cecily and Robert D' were married in a religious ceremony before August 1298. They had five sons and two daughters, named Robert D', William, Ralph D', John, Edmond, Agnes Eva and Alice (Alicia).
