Helie was born in 1016.  Helie's father was Damas I DE SEMUR-EN-BRIONNAIS and her mother was Armeburge DE BOURGOGNE.  Her paternal grandparents were Geoffrey I DE SEMUR and Daughter.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 39 in 1055.

‌Helie and Robert I "The Old" Of Burgandy were married in a religious ceremony in 1033.  They had a son and a daughter, named Henry Capet and Constance Of Burgundy.
